| 摘 要： | 目的:建立黄芪中槲皮素和山奈酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同来源黄芪中槲皮素和山奈酚含量。结果:不同来源样品中2种黄酮苷元的定量分析结果分别为槲皮素平均回收率97.88%,RSD=1.07%;山奈酚平均回收率为99.83%,RSD=1.10%。结论:黄芪中含有槲皮素和山奈酚,其含量随产地而变化。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in astragalus membranaceus(fish.)bunge.Methods:The determination of two kinds of flavonoid aglycones was performed by HPLC.Results:The average recovery of quercetin was 97.88%,RSD=1.07%.The average recovery of kaempferol was 99.83%,RSD=1.10%.Conclusion:There are quercetin and kaempferol in astragalus membranaceus(fish.)bunge,and their contents change with various origins. |
