| 摘 要： | 目的了解未婚妇女药物流产及人工流产的心理卫生状态.方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90,在接受药物流产或人工流产前对398例未婚妇女进行测评.结果未婚妊娠妇女与全国常模相比普遍存在较多的心理负担(P＜0.05),但选择药物流产组的心理状态明显好于人工流产组(P＜0.01).结论对未婚妊娠妇女应有针对性地进行心理咨询及避孕指导,从而降低未婚妊娠的发生率.

Analysis of Effect of Surgicald Abortion and Drug-induced Abortion on the psychological Situation in Unmarried Women |

| Abstract: | Objectives:To investigate the effect of surgicald abortion and drug induced abortion on the psychological situation in unmarried women.Method:Evaluate 398 cases of unmarried women before induced abortion or drug induced abortion using table SCL 90 of system atic self evaluation.Result:More psychological pressure is generally seen in unmarried women compared with normal situation nationally( P <0.05),but drug induced abortion is better than induced abortion on the psychological situation( P <0.01).Conclusion:For unmarried pregnant women,psychological consultation and contraceptive instruction are needed to decrease the incidence of pregnancy in unmarried women. |
