| Abstract: | By analyzing the background of separation between government administration and business operation in China's hos-pitals and comparing the reforms peatures of hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai, the paper put forward that the professionalization of hospital president is the key to the reform of public hospitals. At the same time, the paper elaborated the specific methods of implementing the professionalization of hospital president during the present reform and its future trend. |
