| 摘 要： | 目的]观察腰痛穴针刺合推拿治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法]144例腰扭伤患者随机分为三组:腰痛穴针刺组、推拿组与结合组,三组分别采用相应的方法治疗,观察三组在治疗1周与1月后的疗效。结果]治疗1周后,经过Ridit分析,三组有显著性的差异(P=0.028),两组间比较,推拿组与腰痛穴针刺组无明显差异(P0.05),结合组与腰痛穴针刺组、推拿组相比,均有显著差异。结论]腰痛穴针刺与推拿治疗急性腰扭伤均有较好的疗效。
