| 摘 要： | 目的:为医院静脉药物配置中心筹建提供参考。方法:以第二军医大学长海医院静脉药物配置中心的设计和筹建为例,具体阐述其应考虑的五个问题和步骤。结果:提出静脉药物配置中心筹建的总体思路。结论:应结合各医院实际情况,选择不同的建造模式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To give advices of preparation for constructing pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods: Five issues,considered in the process of designing and constructing PIVAS in Shanghai Changhai Hospital,are(expounded.) Results: A total idea of preparation for constructing PIVAS is discussed.Conclusion: Different modes should be(adopted) according to the situations of each hospital. |
