| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2010年1月间收治的31例腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果26例炎性肠梗阻发生在术后2周内;肛门停止排气、排便与腹胀是其主要症状;保守治疗29例,均治愈,治疗时间4-49 d,平均18.5 d,手术治疗2例,其中1例发生肠漏。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻原则上应保守治疗,另外,应提高对本病的认识,避免不必要的手术。
