| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗合并肝硬化的胆囊疾病的方法与疗效。方法:回顾分析1997年9月至2008年3月对52例肝硬化合并胆囊疾病病人实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床资料。结果:Child肝功能分级A级38例,B级14例。腹腔镜下成功切除胆囊32例胆囊次全切除11例9例中转开腹。手术时间(58.2±16.3)min,术中出血(81.3±25.6)ml。术后腹腔引流大量腹水8例。无腹腔感染,肺部感染及肝功能衰竭等严重并发症。术后住院时间(8.1±3.2)d。结论:对肝硬化(ChildA,B级)合并胆囊疾病的病人行LC手术是可行的,但是应严格掌握手术指征,术中控制出血,尤其是胆囊床的出血,同时应当放宽中转开腹指征。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of laparoscopic cholesystectomy (LC)in the cirrhosis patients with gall bladder.Methods From September 1997 to March 2008,52 cases with gall bladder disease with liver cirrhosis receivedLC.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results 32 cases receiptedLCsuccessfully;11cases were under-took subtotal cholecystectomy, and 9 cases did conversion.No severe complications developed.The post-operative hospital stay was (8.1±3.2).Conclusion LC is safe and effect... |
