100例慢性胃炎临床特点与纤维胃镜检查结果分析

经纤维胃镜检查，结合胃粘膜活检病理诊断确诊了１００例不伴发胃、十二指肠溃疡的慢性胃炎。其中浅表性胃炎８３例，萎缩性胃炎１７例，结果表明，慢性胃炎的临床表现无特异性，病理学上的病变程度与临床症状的严重程度之间无明显关系。镜下观察胃粘膜，浅表性胃炎与萎缩性胃炎间有某些相似之处，有时同时存在，从而使胃镜诊断与病理诊断不符。本组不符合率分别为２１６８％和２９４１％。故认为内镜检查，结合胃粘膜活检病理诊断应作为慢性胃炎诊断的常规，还对慢性胃炎的病因进行了讨论。

Clinical Characteristics and Results of Fiberoptic Gastroscopy Examination of 100 Cases of Chronic Gastritis

cases of chronic gastritis without concurrent rence of gastric and duodenal ulcer were identified by means of fiberoptic gastroscopy examination and pathological diagosis after biopsty of mucosa,including 83 cases of superficial gastritis and 17 cases of atrophic gastritis.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the chronic gastritis were lacking in speciality.The lesion in pathology was not proportional to the clinical symtoms in serious cases.Endoscopy diagnosis did not accord with the pathelogical diagnosis,because superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis were sometimes similar in appearance to gastro mucosa.Under the endoscopy or occured concurrently.The rates of misdiagonosis of superficial and atrophic gustritis by endoscopy examination were 21 68% and 29 41% respectively.That endoscopy examination combination of biopsy of gastro mucosa and pathological diagonosis should be considered as a routine for the diagonosis of chronic gastritis and the pathogeny of chronic gastritis is disscused as well.
