摘    要:为进一步了解长期低浓度接触混苯工人的遗传毒性,对78名本作业工人进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变、姊妹染色单体互换、微核率等进行分析,发现接触组染色体各型畸变、总畸变率及细胞畸变率均高于对照组,畸变类型以染色体裂少断鲜明为主,而两者的非整倍体检出率,姊妹染色单体互换差别均无显著意义。接触组与对照组无论是微核率和微核细胞率,混苯接触组均高于对照组。同时发现,饮酒可能增加苯的吸收,进而增另对苯接触者的遗传

Abstract:In order to study the genetic toxicity of low concentrated mixed benzene, with which workers worked for a long time Lymphocyte of peripheral blood chromosomal aberration, sister chromatid interchange and micronucleus rate of 78 workers were analyzed. The result showed that various types of chromosomal aberration, total aberrative rate and cell aberrative rate in experimental group were higher than that in control group( P < 0.01) . The majority types of aberration were chromosome gap and breakage. The detectable rate of aneuploid and sister chromatid interchange were no statistical significant ( P > 0.05). Micronucleus rate and micronucleus cell rate of experimental group were higher than that of control group( P < 0.001) . Intaking alcohol might be a fact, which would improve genetic toxicity of contact benzene.
