热敏灸治疗原发性高血压病患者34例疗效观察

目的：观察热敏灸治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法：将66例患者随机分为热敏灸组34例，对照组32例，热敏灸组进行热敏灸治疗，对照组在基础治疗的基础上不予其它干预。观察治疗前后2组血压变化及中医症状积分变化。结果：总有效率热敏灸组为70．59％，对照组为6．25％，2组总有效率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。2组治疗后收缩压、舒张压分别比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组中医症状积分治疗前后差值比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：热敏灸治疗高血压病有较好的即时临床疗效，值得进一步探讨。

Therapeutic Effect of Moxibustion at Heat-sensitive Points for Primary Hypertension:An Observation of 34 Cases

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion at heat-sensitive points （HSP） in treating primary hypertension. Methods. Sixty-six primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into HSP moxibustion group （n=34） and the control group （n=32）. The two groups were given routine treatment, and HSP moxibustion group was given moxibustion at HSP additionally. The changes of the blood pressure （BP） and traditional Chinese medical symptom score of both groups were compared before and after treatment. Results. The total effective rate of HSP moxibustion group was 70.59%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 6.25%. The differences between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0.01）. The differences of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups were significant after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Between the two groups, there were statistical differences in the traditional Chinese medical symptom score difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Moxibustion at HSP shows certain immediate effect in treating hypertension, which is worth of further research for its application in clinical practice.
