阿维A配合中药外洗方治疗跖疣疗效观察

目的：观察口服阿维A配合中药外洗方治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法：将95例患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例予阿维A口服配合中药外洗方浸泡治疗;对照组予口服阿维A及阿昔洛韦软膏外涂治疗。1疗程后判断疗效,并随访2、4、6月观察复发情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.00%,对照组为68.89%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组间复发率比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论：口服阿维A配合中药外洗方治疗跖疣疗效较好,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Acitretin Combined with Bathing Formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Plantar Warts

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of oral use of acitretin combined with external use of bathing formula of traditional Chinese medicine for plantar warts.Methods：Ninety-five cases of patients with plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=50） was given oral use of acitretin combined with external use of bathing formula of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group（n=45） was given oral use of acitretin and external application of acyclovir ointment.Clinical effect was evaluated after one treatment course,and the recurrence rate was recorded after following up for 2,4,and 6 months.Results：The total effective rate was 86.00% in the treatment group,and was 68.8% in the control group,the difference being significant（P 0.05）.The difference of recurrence rate between the two groups was not significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Oral use of acitretin combined with bathing formula of traditional Chinese medicine has certain effect for plantar warts without obvious side effects.It is worth of clinical extension.
