摘    要:硒结合蛋白1(SBP1)共价结合于硒参与多种细胞内硒的转运。然而硒是一种重要的微量元素,与肿瘤的发生有密切联系,是一种新型抗肿瘤物质。近年来随着对SBP1研究的深入,发现其不但可作为预后指导个性化治疗策略的一种新型生物标志物,而且有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点并提高肿瘤细胞的化疗敏感性,作为一种新型抗肿瘤治疗策略应用于临床。该文旨在探讨SBP1的抗肿瘤机制及其作为潜在肿瘤标志物的研究进展,以期指导临床肿瘤个性化治疗,提高患者的预后效果。

Abstract:Selenium binding protein 1 (SBP1) has been shown to bind selenium covalently and is expressed in a variety of tissues and cell lines. Selenium is incorporated into selenoproteins that have a wide range of pleiotropic effects, including its important function in prevention of cancer progression. Recent studies have revealed that SBP1 may not only exert tumor suppressive function, but also become a novel biomarker for predicting prognosis and guiding personalized therapeutic strategies. This paper briefly reviews the studies of SBP1 as a novel biomarker and tumor suppressor in the progression of various cancers.
