摘 要: | 目的探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)及尿微量清蛋白(MALB)对2型糖尿病早期肾脏损害的意义。方法选择65例早期糖尿病引起肾脏损害的患者;65例单纯糖尿病患者;另65例健康体检者作为对照组。使用标准方法测定血清视黄醇结合蛋白、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CR)以及尿液微量清蛋白的水平,应用统计学方法进行统计分析。结果早期糖尿病引起肾损害组RBP联合MALB诊断敏感度为90.77%。糖尿病肾损害组RBP、MALB显著高于糖尿病肾功能正常组以及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病肾损害组BUN、CR高于糖尿病肾功能正常组以及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清RBP联合尿MALB检测比单独使用对于早期2型糖尿病肾脏损害具有重要的诊断意义,值得推广应用。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of detecting the level of retinol binding protein(RBP) in serum and urine trace albumin(MALB)in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-five early nephropathy patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) and 65 normal renal function patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) were selected as the subjects of observation,and another 65 healthy volunteer were selected as the control group.The patient's serum RBP,BUN,CR and urine MALB were detected by the standard method and statistical methods were applied for statistical analysis.Results The sensitivity of RBP and MALB co-detection in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy was 90.77%.RBP and MALB of DM renal dysfunction group were significantly higher than those of DM with normal renal function and of healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);BUN and CR of DM renal dysfunction group were higher than those of DM with normal renal function and of healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion RBP and MALB co-detection in the diagnosis of T2DM should be promoted and applied because it is better than individual indicator of early detection of renal damage. |
