门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化临床疗效观察

目的观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的疗效。方法 82例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例,2组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组用注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸10 g,加入液体中静脉滴注,每日1次。对照组用注射用还原型谷胱甘肽1.2 g,加入液体中静脉点滴,每日1次,共治疗4周。结果治疗组在症状改善及肝功复常方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸可广泛用于治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化,疗效确切,应用安全。

Curative effect of L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate on hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate on hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Totally 82 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,41 cases for each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group with L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate 10 g,added with liquid intravenous drip,once every day,the control group with glutathione 1.2 g,added with intravenous fluids once a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks of a course of treatment.Results The treatment group was more significant than the control group in improvement of symptoms and normalization of liver function（P0.05）.Conclusion L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate is effective and safe,which can be widely used to treat liver cirrhosis.
