摘    要:采用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学法,研究了10例成人肌皮神经的断面结构,并采用图像分析仪,对肌皮神经和臂丛各段断面的面积以及神经束的数目、面积和结缔组织面积进行了测量。结果表明:在肌皮神经远侧端断面,肌支束与皮支束截然分开,肌支束位于前外象限;臂丛束、股、干断面,3种纤维混合,在部分外侧束切片内可见感觉、运动纤维分区的现象。臂丛根部穿椎间孔处断面,运动、感觉与交感神经纤维各居一方。臂丛各段神经束的数目同近

Abstract:The cross-setions of musculocutaneous nerve at different levels were studied in 10 fresh adult cadavers,using AChE histochemical method.The area of fascicles and connective tissue,the number and diameter of fascicles at different levels of musculocutaneous nerve and brachial plexus were also surveyed with the semiautomic image analytical measuring system. At the distal end of the musculocutaneous nerve,the muscular fascicles are situated at the latero-anterior quandrant on the cross-section of the nerve. At the proximal end of the nerve,the percentage of mixed fascicles are higher than muscular one,The muscular and muscular predominated mixed fascicles are situated at latero-anterior quadrant.On the cross-sections of cords ,divisions and trunks of brachial plexus,the sensory,motor and sympathetic fibers are mixed.The sensory,motor and sympathetic fibers are separated on the cross-section of roots of brachial plexus near the intervertebral foramen,From proximal to distal,the number of fascicles on the cross-section of brachial plexus is increased gradualy ,while the diameter of fascicles decreased.
