| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝移植术后颅内出血的原因及防治方法。方法：1999年12月-2000年11月共施行原位肝移植7例。结果：6例获得成功，1例术后死于脑出血。结论：肝移植术后脑出血的原因主要与受体凝血功能障碍、术中大量输血、术后高血压以及全身性感染有关，围手术期应密切监测凝血功能，减省术中出血，控制高血压，防治感染，头颅CT检查有利于早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factors,the prophylaxis and the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage following liver transplantation.Method Form December 1999 to November 2000,orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) has been performed for 7 cases.Result 6 cases survived and 1 cases died.Conclusion Intracerebral hemorrhage is an common complication after OLT with very poor prognosis.The major causes may be unremarkable coagulation of recipient,massive transfusion during operation,hypertension and severe infection after OLT.Monitoring the coagulation during perioperation,decreasing the quantity of bleeding during operation, controlling the hypertension and infection and performing copmuter tomography of brain are helpful to the early diagnosis and prompt treatment for intracerebral hemorrhage after OLT. |
