| 摘 要： | 目的研究下乳涌泉散对因不良情绪乳汁不足的产妇催乳效果的影响。方法对产后1个月内,因不良情绪乳不足的产妇106人分为两组,实验组服用下乳涌泉散,对照组服用谷维素、维生素B1,两组均给予心理疏导和精神鼓励支持,观察两组产妇3d、5d后的泌乳量。结果两组产妇3d、5d后的泌乳情况经统计处理P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论对不良情绪引起的乳量不足或无奶,服用下乳涌泉散可以明显的促进乳汁分泌。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Xia Ru Yong Quan Powd e r on maternity agalactia caused by low spirit.Methods106parturients with agalact ia caused by low spirit1month after delivery were assigned into two groups:the e xperimental group administrated with Xia Ru Yong Quan Powder and the control gro up with thiaminogen and thiamine,in addition to mental consultation and encourag ement in both.The quantity of lactation was observed after3d and5d.Res ults Ther e was significant difference statistically in view of lactation after3d and5d(P< 0.01)between the groups.Conclus ion Xia Ru Yong Quan Powder helps promote lactat ion obviously in those patients with agalactia caused by low spirit. |
