基于临床与实验研究探讨滋肾调冲法健全黄体功能的作用

滋肾调冲法是治疗黄体功能不全性功血的法则,自20世纪80年代中期开始,对该法进行了临床疗效、药效分析和作用机制等几方面的系列研究,结果表明,滋肾调冲法不仅在临床取得肯定疗效,而且能够调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能,促进卵泡发育和排卵,从而健全黄体功能,其作用与该法上调卵巢局部细胞因子表达水平及促进卵巢血管新生有关。近年结合血管新生机制研究新进展,从滋肾调冲法动员骨髓内皮祖细胞促进黄体血管新生的角度深入探讨了该法健全黄体功能的作用机制。

Effect of Zishen Tiaochong therapy on luteal function based on the clinical and experimental researches

Zishen Tiaochong therapy is one of the principles in traditional Chinese medicine to treat corpus luteum insufficiency of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. A series of studies on the therapy including clinical efficacy, pharmacodynamics analysis, mechanism of action and other aspects had been made since the middle of 1980s. The results showed that, Zishen Tiaochong therapy not only had curative effect on dysfunctional uterine bleeding, but also could regulate the function of hypothaloamus-pituitary-ovary axis, promote the follicular development and ovulation. It could improve luteal function with the upregulation of ovarian local cytokines expression level and promotion ovarian angiogenesis. On the basis of the research progress on neovascularization mechanism in recent years, we deeply explored mechanism of action of Zishen Tiaochong therapy from the angle of mobilization of bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells promoting luteal angiogenesis neogenesis.
