关于糖尿病足溃疡中医证候疗效评价体系探讨

中医证候疗效是临床试验基础而核心的内容。经过临床调研后,国内首次提出糖尿病足溃疡疗效指标量化与赋分标准,设定证候的分层指标与赋分,形成有效的、可推广的外治技术临床操作规范,产生客观的疗效评价标准,为糖尿病足诊疗提供临床依据。

Discussion on the curative effect evaluation system of TCM syndrome in diabetic foot ulcer

Syndrome efficacy of TCM is the basic and key content in clinical trial. After the clinical research, a standard of quantizing and scoring of curative effect in diabetic foot ulcer were put forwars domestically for the first time. Setting the layered index and grade of syndromes, an effective and exdending-possible procedure in the external treatment was developed. The standard of objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect has provided a clinical basis for the dignosis and therapy of diabetic foor ulce.
