摘    要:目的探讨维生素D受体基因Bsm1位点多态性与非小细胞肺癌遗传易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链限制性片段长度多态性技术,对140例非小细胞肺癌患者和132例健康对照者的维生素D受体基因Bsm1位点多态性进行分析。结果维生素D受体基因Bsml酶切位点基因型和等位基因的频率在非小细胞肺癌和正常人二组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论维生素D受体基因Bsml酶切位点的多态性可能与非小细胞肺癌的遗传易感性无关。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VITAMIN D RECEPTOR GENE BSM1 SITES POLYMORPHISMS AND HEREDITARY SUSCEPTIBILITY TO NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin D receptor(VDR) gene Bsm1 locus polymorphism and hereditary susceptibility to non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The polymorphisms of VDR gene Bsm1 sites of 140 non-small cell lung cancer patients and 132 normal controls were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) analysis technique.Results The genotype distribution frequencies and the allele gene distribution frequencies of VDR gene Bsm1 sites were no significant difference between the non-small cell lung cancer patients and normal controls.Conclusion The polymorphisms of VDR gene Bsm1 enzyme cutting sites may not be related to hereditary susceptibility to non-small cell lung cancer.
