泼尼松治疗带状疱疹临床疗效评价

目的评价糖皮质激素(泼尼松)治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效、治疗机制、对后遗神经痛发生及恢复的影响。方法将180例门诊患者随机分为观察组(泼尼松组)和对照组,对照组口服阿昔洛韦片、肌注维生素B1注射液、维生素B12注射液及α-2β干扰素粉针,观察组同时口服泼尼松片;分别在疗程后第四、六、八、十天按临床疗效标准进行评定和统计;在疗程结束后30、50、80、110d观察后遗神经痛患者恢复情况。结果观察组及对照组总有效率分别为93.26%和79.55%(P<0.01),后遗神经痛发生率分别为11.24%和23.86%(P<0.05);疗程结束后,不同时间段内治疗组后遗神经痛患者总的恢复时间短于对照组。结论糖皮质激素(泼尼松)可以尽早缓解疼痛、缩短带状疱疹病程,减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生及缩短带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者总的恢复时间。

THE CLINICAL EVALUATION ON THE PREDNISONE TREATMENT OF HERPES ZOSTER

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoids(prednisone) treatment of herpes zoster,the treatment mechanism,the occurrence of PHN and recovery.Methods 180 cases of out-patients were randomly divided into treatment group(prednisone group) and the control group,and the control group was treated with acyclovir tablets,intramuscular injection of vitamin B1,vitamin B12and α-2β interferon;oral prednisone tablets was raised in treatment group.In the course of treatment,after 4 days,6 days,8 days,10 days were assessed by standard clinical and statistical.The recovery status in patients with postherpetic neuralgia was observed at the 30 days after the end of treatment,50 days,80 days,110 days respectively.Results The total effective rates were 93.26% and 79.55%(P<0.01) in treatment group and control group,the incidence of PHN were 11.24% and 23.86%(P<0.05) respectively.After treatment,the treatment of different time periods group of patients with postherpetic neuralgia the total recovery time was shorter than the control group.Conclusion Glucocorticoids(prednisone) can ease the pain as soon as possible to shorten the duration of shingles and reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and postherpetic neuralgia in patients with shorter overall recovery time.
