论“肝开窍于目”理论的应用

"肝开窍于目"是中医最具影响的理论学说之一。从历代医家的大量文献可以看出,在生理病理上,肝脏的状况与目的功能状态有直接的联系。一旦肝脏有问题就会出现一系列目的病理状况。同时,通过目疾也可以诊断肝脏的病变,眼部的特殊改变常常预示着肝脏的异常疾病。运用肝目关系的理论还可以解释失明、眩晕、眼疾、精神障碍等多种疾病的病因病机及指导治疗。总之,肝伤致病,症状多变,疾患不一,却都不离乎目。

Application of theory of "the eyes acting as the window of the liver"

Objective] To research the condition about papers on "treating disease before onset" in China in last ten years.Methods] Based on Chinese Journal Full-text database(CNKI),we used quantitative analyzing method to analyze and evaluate the papers on "treating diseases before onset".Results] From 2002 to 2011,a total of 1155 papers were published.The papers covered the prevention and control of disease,involving stroke and other diseases.These papers were published in 198 journals including 11 core periodicals journals.Core authors have not been established yet.Authors were mainly from Beijing and other 8 provinces.There were 2 375 authors altogether.The cooperative degree and the cooperative rate of authors were 2.06,and 56.45%respectively.The funded 148 papers were contributed about 12.81% of total papers.Conclusion] Studies on the "treating diseases before onset" have gained attention already,but still need further strengthening and getting more fund.
