康艾注射液对老年肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨康艾注射液对老年肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法：将经病理组织学或细胞学检查确诊的老年晚期肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组80例采取康艾注射液联合长春瑞滨、卡铂化疗,对照组72例,只采用长春瑞滨、卡铂化疗。每3周为1个周期,化疗4个周期。每2个周期评价疗效：采用Piper疲乏量表（Piper Fatigue Scale,PFS）对患者的疲乏状况进行评价,采用欧洲癌症治疗与研究组织的生活质量问卷（EORTC-QLQ-C30）对患者的生活质量进行评价。结果：试验组患者治疗后的疲乏程度较对照组明显减轻（P〈0.05）。试验组治疗后的总体生活质量与对照组相比有显著改善,生活各维度除角色功能外也有显著改善（P〈0.01）。实验组化疗疗效优于对照组,比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）,实验组毒副反应发生率低于对照组,但无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：康艾注射液联合长春瑞滨、卡铂方案治疗老年晚期肺癌患者,可使患者癌因性疲乏明显减轻,改善生活质量,提高疗效减轻毒副反应,值得临床推广使用。

Influence of Kangai injection on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer in elderly patients receiving chemotherapy and its impact on the quality of life

Objective:To study the influence of Kangai injection on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer in elderly patients receiving chemotherapy and its impact on the quality of life.Methods:The elderly patients with advanced lung cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups.The experimental group of 80 cases taken Kangai injection combined with vinorelbine and carboplatin chemotherapy,72 patients in the control group were only treated with vinorelbine and carboplatin chemotherapy.Every 3 weeks for a period,4 cycles of chemotherapy.Efficacy was evaluated every 2 cycles:Piper fatigue scale was used to evaluate the patients’state of tiredness,the quality of life questionnaire(EORTC-QLQ-C30)of the european cancer treatment and research organization was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients.Results:The experimental group’s level of tiredness after the treatment significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall quality of life in the experimental group compared with the control group improved significantly.In addition to the role of functions,the various dimensions of life have a significant improvement.The total efficiency rates in experimental group were higher than that of control group.but no apparent difference(P>0.05),the incidence rates of the side effect in experimenta group were lowered than those of control group,but no apparent difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Kangai injection combined with vinorelbine and carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer patients can significantly reduce the cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life and it is worthy of clinical use.
