| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温阳强心饮联合西药治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法:61例充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分成两组,治疗组31例,对照组30例,治疗组使用口服温阳强心饮加利尿剂、ACEI、地高辛及静滴硝酸异山梨酯治疗,对照组仅使用利尿剂、ACEI、地高辛及静滴硝酸异山梨酯治疗,治疗40d,观察两组患者NT-proBNP的变化。结果:治疗组NT-proBNP及症状体征等指标改善均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:使用温阳强心饮加常规药物治疗充血性心力衰竭效果明显,值得在临床推广;NT-proBNP对于监测心衰患者的病情变化及预后非常有临床意义,而且方便快捷。

Clinical observation on treating NT-proBNP of patients with congestive heart failure with Wenyang Qiangxin Yin |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Wenyang Qiangxin Yin in treating congestive heart failure. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into the treated group (n=31) and the control group (n=30). The treated group was given Wenyang Qiangxin Yin plus diuretics, ACE inhibitors, digoxin, and intravenous infusion of isosorbide esters; the control group was given diuretics, ACE inhibitors, digoxin, and intravenous infusion of isosorbide esters, 40 days for a course, observing the changes of NT-proBNP. Results: The treated group was better in NT-proBNP, the signs and other indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenyang Qiangxin Yin plus conventional drugs were effective, worthy of clinical use; NT-proBNP had clinical significance. |
