| 摘 要： | 目的 了解冠通方对冠心病心绞痛患者单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量的影响.方法 将240例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分成冠通方加西药治疗组(治疗组)120例,西药治疗组(对照组)120例.4周为1疗程.结果 经治疗后两组冠心病心绞痛患者MCP-1及IL-10的含量有显著差异,治疗组的临床疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组.结论 冠通方可改善冠心病心绞痛症状,降低MCP-1水平,升高IL-10水平,可能与其抗炎、降脂、抗凝、改善内皮功能有关.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Guantong Decoction on the density about the interleukin-10(IL-10)and monocyte chemotactic factor-1(MCP-1) in the patients of coronary artery disease.Methods: 240 patients of coronary artery disease were randomly allocated to 2 groups which were treated with respectively with Guantong Decoction together with routine western medicine and routine western medicine only.All with a course was lasted 4 weeks.Results: After treatment,there were statistical differences in the density about the IL-10 and MCP-1 in the patients of 2 groups.Effects including the ECG and the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion: The mechanism of that Guantong Decoction can relieve the symptoms of coronary artery disease could be related to antiinflammatory,lipid-reduction,anticoagulation and endothelia function improvement. |
