芪蛭通络胶囊在输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的应用

[目的]观察芪蛭通络胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。[方法]将100例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用芪蛭通络胶囊配合灌肠治疗,对照组单纯采用灌肠治疗。[结果]两组输卵管通畅程度均有改善,治疗组通畅率和有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]芪蛭通络胶囊配合灌肠对输卵管阻塞性不孕辨证属于血瘀证的患者有显著的治疗作用。

Application of Qizhitongluo capsules in tubal obstructive infertility

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Tongluo capsules in treating tubal obstructive infertility. [Methods] The 100 patients with tubal obstructive infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Qizhi Tongluo capsules combined with enema and the ptients in control group with enema only. [Results] The tubal patency of two groups was improved, the patency rate and effective powder of the treatment group were significantly higher than control group with significant difference (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] Qizhi Tongluo capsules combined with the enema in treating tubal obstructive infertility belonging to blood stasis syndrome has significant therapeutic effect.
