哌替啶与间苯三酚联合应用对产程的影响

目的:探讨哌替啶联合间苯三酚用于促进产程进展的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年1—6月于本院分娩的初产妇120例,随机分为观察组(60例)及对照组(60例),当子宫颈口扩张到2～3 cm时,观察组采用肌肉注射哌替啶75mg、静脉注射间苯三酚80 mg;对照组采用常规方法分娩。观察两组产妇的产程变化及围产结局。结果:观察组子宫颈口从用药至开全时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组间产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:哌替啶配合间苯三酚能加速子宫颈口的扩张,加速产程的进展,降低剖宫产率,且对母婴无明显不良影响。

Effect of bishop combined with phiorogiucinol on course of laber

Objective： To study the effect of phlorglucinol combined with bishop on promoting the progression of labor.Methods One hundred and twenty normal primiparae who had delivery in our hospital from January to June 2011 were randomly divided into observation group（n=60） and control group（n=60）.When the cervix dilated to 2~3 cm,bishop 75 mg were injected to musles and phloroglucinol 80 mg were injected to puerperas of observation group,while phlorglucinol and bishop were not used in the same way in control group.We observed the progress of labour and perinatal outcome.Results： The time of cervical orifice fully opening in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P0.01）.The rate of vaginal delivery in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.There were no obvious difference in quantity of bleeding and Apgar score of neonate between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Bishop combined with phloroglucinol for vaginal delivery can be effective to hasten the dilatation of cervis,accelerate the progress of labor,and to lower the rate of cesarean section,without zdverse effect on atemal and children.
