| 摘 要： | 根据小儿支原体肺炎发病率高,容易迁延不愈和反复发作的特点,提出热闭肺络、痰阻肺络、瘀阻肺络、络虚不荣的中医病机,并指出相应的治则,从"肺络"角度寻求中医药防治小儿支原体肺炎的规律,为指导基础研究和临床治疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | The incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is high and it is easy to be delayed and recurrent time after time. We suggested that its pathogenesis was pyretic retention at the pulmonary collaterals, phlegm retention at the pulmonary collaterals, blood stasis at the pulmonary collaterals, and asthenia of the pulmonary collaterals. The corresponding therapeutic principle was also pointed out, that is seeking the rule of the prevention and treatment of TCM for mycoplasma pneumonia in children from pulmonary collaterals, providing the evidence for guiding the basic research and clinical treatment. |
