舒肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗伴抑郁的胃食管反流病疗效观察

目的]观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗伴抑郁的胃食管反流病(GERD)患者的疗效.方法]将117例伴抑郁的GERD患者随机分为2组,对照组给予埃索美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上另加用舒肝解郁胶囊.疗程8周.结果]2组内治疗前与治疗后、2组间治疗后SDS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组总有效率为92.98％,对照组为73.33％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论]舒肝解郁胶囊联合埃索美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗伴抑郁的GERD安全、有效.

Shuganjieyu Capsule in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease accompanied with depression

Objective]To explore the effect of Shuganjieyu Capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) accompanied with depression. Methods]One hundred and seventeen patients with GERD accompanied with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups.Study group(n=57)was treated with Shuganjieyu Capsule and esomeprazole and domperidoe for 8 weeks and control group(n=60)was treated with esomeprazole and domperidoe. Results]Scores of the SDS of both groups were significantly reduced,and scores of the SDS were significantly different between the study group and the control group.The total effective rate of study group was 92.98% and control group was 73.33%(P<0.05). Conclusion]Shuganjieyu Capsule combined with esomeprazole and domperidoe has significant effectiveness and high safety in the treatment of GERD accompanied with depression.
