保肾抗衰胶囊对阿霉素肾病大鼠影响的实验研究

目的:探讨保肾抗衰胶囊对阿霉素肾病大鼠的影响及作用机制。方法:通过尾静脉注射阿霉素复制肾病大鼠模型,测定24h尿蛋白定量,血清TP、Alb、TC、TG、BUN、Scr、TNF-a、IL-8,并观察大鼠肾脏病理变化。结果:保肾抗衰胶囊能明显降低阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿,并在调节阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白质、脂质代谢,改善肾功能,降低阿霉素肾病大鼠血清TNF-α,IL-8水平,减轻病理损害等方面有良好的作用。结论:保肾抗衰胶囊对阿霉素大鼠有明显疗效。

Experimental study on Baoshen Kangshuai capsule to the effects of rats with adriamycin nephrosis

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanismand of Baoshen Kangshuai capsule to the effects of rats with adriamycinnephrosis.Methods:Through copy the tail vein injection of adriamycin nephropathy rat model,to determine 24h urinary protein,serum TPAlb,the TC,TG and of BUN,Scr and TNF-a,IL-8,and to observe the changes in the rat kidney pathology.Result:Baoshen Kangshuaicapsule can significantly lower adriamycin nephropathy in rats proteinuria and improve renal function in the regulation of rats withadriamycin nephrosis protein,lipid metabolism,reduce the serum of the rats with adriamycin nephrosis,TNF-alpha,IL-8 levels,and reducethe pathological damage.Conclusion:Baoshen Kangshuai capsule significant effect of doxorubicin in rats.
