基于复制义齿技术进行颌位关系转移的方法及临床应用初探

目的：探讨基于复制义齿技术进行颌位关系的转移方法和临床应用的效果。方法：选取符合纳入标准需要进行颌位关系转移的患者10名,采用传统方法制作对照组义齿,同时制作基于复制义齿技术进行颌位关系转移的复制组义齿。分别对2组义齿进行对比观察及初戴效果进行评价。结果：在试戴时间方面,复制组参考对照组修改后可明显减少试戴时间（P〈0.05）,而在美观、固位、稳定、咬合等方面的差异无统计学意义。结论：基于复制义齿技术进行颌位关系的转移方法切实可行。

Analysis and application of the copy denture technique in recording jaw relation

Objective： The objective of this study was to study the application of the copy denture technique in recording jaw relation and to observe a short-term clinic overview of the dentures.Methods： In the study,ten patients with completely or partially edentulous arches were included.All dentures of the patients were divided into control group and experimental group.The evaluations of the clinic outcomes were compared between the two groups,which included denture insertion,retention,stability,mastication function and esthetics.Results： According to the data processing,the time consuming on first insertion were obvious different between the experimental group and control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in other evaluation results.Conclusion： This duplicate procedure could be practiced in the clinic and obtain good clinical effects in the short time.
