摘    要:在中药材实际生产与贸易交流中,中药材准确、快速鉴别一直是比较困难的工作。分子鉴别被认为是传统鉴别技术的有益补充,但目前分子鉴别方法仅止于实验室阶段,难以实现在产地、药市、药房等进行现场鉴别,极大的限制了其使用的范围和推广程度。其中,中药材DNA快速提取技术和DNA标记的快速检测技术是实现分子鉴别现场运用的两大瓶颈和关键问题。该研究开发了一套中药材分子鉴别现场运用模块系统,包括药材DNA快速提取模块、DNA标记检测模块和保障模块,并配备了相应的自主开发试剂盒、仪器装备。运用这套系统对金银花进行现场鉴别,可在40~60 min完成,且仪器装置简单、易于操作,为传统中药现场鉴别手段的有益补充。

Abstract:Accurate and fast identification of Chinese medicine materials has been more difficult work during production and trade. However the molecular identification at present was only used in the laboratory, and difficult to scene application in producing area, market and pharmacy that limited its usage greatly. There are two important technologic bottlenecks for scene application: DNA rapid extraction and fast detection of DNA markers. This study developed a module system for the scene application of molecular identification in Chinese medicine materials.
