| 摘 要： | 本文对33例全髋关节结核综合治疗的远期疗效进行了分析,从而提出了治疗髋关节结核的三个重要环节。并对晚期髋关节结核功能重建的手术方法的选择和术后患肢制动方法的改进及注意事项进行讨论。

| Abstract: | 33 Cases of Long-term follow-up of Combining therapy in Tuberculosis of hipjoint were reviewed.Among 33 cases with hip tuberculosis,6 were associated withdraining sinuses,10 were with pathological dislocation.The Longest Followup las-ted 12 years,averaged 7.9 years,cure Rate after operation reached 94%.The aut-hors emphasized the importance of combined treatment conducted by the joint effo-rt of the medical and surgical personnels.Restore functiou to late cases of tuberculosis of Hip joint,the selection ofoperative methods and the use of adhesive plaster SKin traction instead of the Co-nventional hip spica immobilization Were discussed. |
