摘    要:目的:建立盐酸头孢吡肟原料中N-甲基吡咯烷有机残留量的测定方法。方法:高效液相法,Spherisorb SCX色谱柱(4.6×50mm),流动相0.3%稀硝酸-乙睛(60:40),流速1.5mL·min-1,柱温45℃,Waters 430电导检测器。结果:本方法线性范围12.49~124.90μg·mL-1(r=0.9993,n=6),最低检测量12.49μg·mL-1,平均回收率99.31%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确有效。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of residual volatile organic solvents of N-Methylpyrrolidine in Cefepime dihydrochloride by HPLC. Methods: HPLC method was developed. The waters 430 conductivity detector and a pherisorb SCX colume (4.6 × 50mm) was used with the mobile phase of 0.3% dilute nitric acid -acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1.5mL . min and the column temperature was45℃. Results: The linearrange was 12.49-124.9μ g . mL (r = 0.9993, n = 6) , The LOD is 12.49μ g. mL .The average recoveries was 99.31%. Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate.
