Study on the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the process of water extraction of sovereign drug Radix Astragali in Qilong Capsules

Objective To determine the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction process by near-infrared spectroscopy.Methods Taking Qilong Capsules Radix Astragali as the research object,and collecting the off-line samples of Radix Astragali aqueous extraction process.Using partial least squares method to establish a quantitative analysis model of the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in process of Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction.Results The properties of the calycosin-7-glucoside model in the Radix Astragali primary squares extraction were R²_C=0.9873,R²_P=0.9742,RMSEC=2.0611μg·mL^-1,RMSEP=3.1235μg·mL^-1,the properties of Radix Astragali second squares extraction were R²_C=0.9729,R²_P=0.9640,RMSEC=1.0684μg·mL^-1.Conclusion Near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to analyze the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in the process of Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction,and to provide reference for realizing on-line quality control of Qilong Capsules.
