芪龙胶囊君药黄芪水提过程中近红外光谱分析技术的应用研究

摘    要:目的 利用近红外光谱分析技术快速测定芪龙胶囊水提过程中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量.方法 以芪龙胶囊君药黄芪为研究对象,实验室模拟提取过程生产工艺,离线采集黄芪水提过程中的样品,利用偏最小二乘法建立芪龙胶囊水提过程中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量的定量分析模型.结果 所建立的黄芪一次水提过程中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷模型性能参数为R2C=...

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction process by near-infrared spectroscopy.Methods Taking Qilong Capsules Radix Astragali as the research object,and collecting the off-line samples of Radix Astragali aqueous extraction process.Using partial least squares method to establish a quantitative analysis model of the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in process of Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction.Results The properties of the calycosin-7-glucoside model in the Radix Astragali primary squares extraction were R2C=0.9873,R2P=0.9742,RMSEC=2.0611μg·mL-1,RMSEP=3.1235μg·mL-1,the properties of Radix Astragali second squares extraction were R2C=0.9729,R2P=0.9640,RMSEC=1.0684μg·mL-1.Conclusion Near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to analyze the content of calycosin-7-glucoside in the process of Qilong Capsules aqueous extraction,and to provide reference for realizing on-line quality control of Qilong Capsules.
