维吾尔族医学常用药材“夏合坦然”考证及鉴定

目的:明确维吾尔族医学常用药材夏合坦然基原,纠正使用药材品种与考证品种基原不符的问题。方法:采用经典形态鉴别、显微鉴别、同步辐射鉴定、分子鉴定方法进行鉴定。结果:新疆各地的维吾尔医医院中应用的夏合坦然药材植物形态鉴别、显微鉴别、同步辐射鉴定及分子鉴定结果与正确基原不符。结论:误用品以大戟科大戟属植物地锦草居多,而正品应为罂粟科烟堇属植物烟堇。

Research and Identification of A Commonly Used Uyghur Medicine:Xahtere

Objective:To clarify the basis of Xahtere,a commonly used medicine in Uygur medicine,and correct the discrepancy between the varieties used and the proven varieties.Methods:Classic morphological identification,microscopic identification,synchrotron radiation identification and molecular identification were used for the study.Results:The morphological identification,microscopic identification,synchrotron radiation identification and molecular identification of Xahtere plant used in Uygur Medical Hospital in Xinjiang were not consistent with the correct basis.Conclusion:Most of the species misused are Rhodiola,and the correct species should be Fumaria vaillantii Loisel.of Papaveraceae.
