丹参及其制剂促缺血心肌血管新生的机制研究进展

缺血性心脏病是由冠状动脉循环障碍导致冠脉血流供应和心肌能量需求之间失衡而引起的心脏病。治疗性血管新生能够促进血管新生,建立缺血区域侧支循环,从而有效改善心肌供血不足,已成为治疗缺血性心脏病的新策略和研究热点。传统中药丹参是一类活血化瘀药,广泛用于治疗心肌缺血,作用显著、疗效确切。目前越来越多的研究从不同角度报道丹参成分及其制剂通过促血管新生从而改善心肌缺血。从细胞及分子水平阐述丹参及其制剂对内皮细胞与内皮祖细胞及一系列血管新生相关因子的影响,为以丹参为代表的活血化瘀类中药治疗缺血性心脏病提供参考。

Mechanism of Angiogenesis Effect by Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix and its Preparations in Ischemic Heart Disease

Ischemic heart disease is caused by an imbalance between coronary blood flow and myocardial energy requirements due to changes in coronary circulation.Therapeutic angiogenesis can promote angiogenesis,establish collateral circulation in the ischemic area,and thereby effectively improve myocardial insufficiency.It has become a new strategy and research focus for the treatment of ischemic heart disease.Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,is widely used in treating myocardial ischemia with significant effects and precise curative effects.At present,more and more studies have reported that Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix components and preparations promote angiogenesis and improve myocardial ischemia from different aspects.From cellular to molecular level,this article intends to explain their systemic effects on endothelial cells,endothelial progenitor cells and a series of angiogenesis-related factors.This will provide more scientific theories for the treatment of ischemic heart disease by TCM with function of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,such as Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix.
