| 摘 要： | 风湿病属于难治性疾病,归属于中医痹证范畴,其病机概括起来不外寒、热、湿邪外袭,痰浊、瘀血阻滞及正气亏虚等方面。杵针疗法和缓轻柔,功能疏利经气、通经止痛。结合系统性硬化症及强直性脊柱炎的临床病例探讨杵针疗法在风湿病治疗中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | Rheumatism is a refractory diseases,which belong to the category of impediment syndrome in Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis can be summarized in such aspects as the external attack of cold,heat and damp pathogens,obstruction of turbid phlegm and blood stasis,and deficiency of healthy qi.Clubbed needling therapy is a gentle method,which can soothe and promote channel qi,and unblock the channels and relieve pain.By combining the clinical cases of systemic sclerosis and ankylosing spondylitis,this paper explores the specific application of clubbed needling therapy in the treatment of rheumatism. |
