银花五汁饮对全麻术后患者呼吸道炎症反应的临床观察

目的:探讨银花五汁饮治疗全麻术后气管插管患者呼吸道炎症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月—2019年2月我院外科病区收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者60例,分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组:术后24 h采用常规治疗和银花五汁饮口服,2次/d,50 mL/次,连服3 d。对照组:术后24 h采用常规治疗和盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗,2次/d,连用3 d。比较手术日(治疗前)、术后第3天(治疗后)两组患者的咽喉疼痛症状积分及咳嗽咳痰症状积分,观察并比较患者的总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组的咽喉疼痛症状积分及咳嗽咳痰症状积分差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组的咽喉疼痛症状积分及咳嗽咳痰症状积分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银花五汁饮具有养阴清肺、生津化痰的作用,对于全麻术后气管插管患者呼吸道炎症的治疗具有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation of Wuzhiyin Decoction on Respiratory Tract Inflammation after General Anesthesia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wuzhiyin decoction on respiratory inflammation in patients with tracheal intubation after general anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the surgical department of our hospital from October 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group,which each group 30 cases.Observation group:Wuzhiyin decoction were taken twice a day,50 mL at a time,continuously for 3 days,24 h after surgery and routine treatment was given as usual.Control group:routine treatment and ambroxol hydrochloride injection aerosolized inhalation treatment were used 24 h after operation,two times a day and continuously for 3 days.Throat pain score and cough sputum score were compared between the two groups on the operation day(before treatment)and the third day(after treatment),and the total effective rate of the patients were observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of sore throat,cough and sputum between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of throat pain symptom and cough sputum score of both groups were decreased,and the score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which higher than that of the control group 66.67%(20/30)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuzhiyin decoction has the function of nourishing Yin and clearing lung,producing jin and reducing phlegm,and it has a significant effect on the treatment of respiratory tract inflammation in patients after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
