2019年上海市某社区外来服务业从业人员健康素养水平及影响因素分析

目的:了解上海市外来服务业从业人员健康素养水平及影响因素,为健康促进干预工作提供依据。方法:采用《中国公民健康素养》调查问卷,以530名办理健康证的外来服务业从业人员作为调查对象。结果:2019年上海市外来服务业从业人员健康素养具备率为15.1%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为和健康技能素养具备率分别为19.8%、7.3%和42.7%;科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息素养具备率依次为56.6%、15.9%、14.1%、56.8%、16.3%和28.9%;多因素logistic回归分析显示,文化程度是影响健康素养的主要因素,OR=2.202,95%CI(1.533,3.164)。结论:上海市外来服务业从业人员健康素养水平较低,文化程度较低的外来服务业从业人员是健康促进的重点干预对象。

Analysis on Health literacy level and its Influencing Factors of Migrant Employees at Service Industry in a Community of Shanghai,2019

OBJECTIVE To understand the health literacy level and influencing factors of migrant employees at service industry in Shanghai, and to provide evidence intervention of health promotion. METHODS A total of 530 migrant employees at service industry who applied for health certificates were selected as respondents. RESULTS In 2019, the health literacy of the migrant employees at service industryin Shanghai was 15.1%.The possession rate of basic healthy concept and knowledge , healthy lifestyle and behaviors,and basic skills literacy were 19.8%, 7.3% and 42.7% respectively. The completion rates of scientific attitude towards health,infectious diseases prevention, chronic diseases prevention, safety and first aid, basic medical care and health information literacy were 56.6%, 15.9%, 14.1%, 56.8%, 16.3% and 28.9%. The Multiple-factor analysis of Logistic regression showed that education level was the main Influencing factor of health literacy(OR=2.202, 95%CI: 1.533~3.164).CONCLUSION The health literacy level of the migrant employees at service industry in Shanghai is low, The migrant employees at service industry with low education level would be the key intervention objects health promotion.
