QCC在提高住院患者导管评估正确率中的应用

目的 探讨QCC模式在提高住院患者导管评估正确率的应用。方法 通过调查2019年3月我院住院患者导管评估474例，评估正确频次336例，正确率70.89%，其中导管漏评估、导管部位、类型及长度评估错误累积比率为81.16%。实施品管圈来管理导管评估的各个环节，制定四项对策：床尾设计导管评估表；制定导管评估模板和流程；加强患者及家属宣教，制定自查表；使用工具规范测量及固定导管。进行品管圈对提高住院患者导管评估正确率的效果分析。结果 住院患者导管评估正确率由70.89%提高到91.61%。圈员在个人素质修养、沟通协调能力、自信心、团队合作能力、品管圈手法掌握程度、积极性及解决问题的能力等方面均较活动前有不同程度的提高。结论 品管圈活动在提高住院患者导管评估正确率中效果显著，不但提高了患者满意度，保证导管安全，同时增强了护理人员的导管安全管理意识、提高了护理质量，规范化了导管评估。

Application of Quality Control Center (QCC) in improving the accuracy of inpatient catheter evaluation

Objective: To explore the application of QCC model in improving the accuracy of catheter evaluation in inpatients. Methods: 474 cases of inpatients in our hospital were evaluated by catheter in March 2019, with correct frequency of 336 cases and accuracy rate of 70.89%. Among them, the error rate of catheter leakage evaluation, catheter location, type and length evaluation was 81.16%. Implement quality control circle to manage all aspects of catheter evaluation, and formulate four countermeasures: design catheter evaluation table at the end of the bed; Develop catheter evaluation templates and procedures; Strengthen the publicity and education of patients and their families, and make the self-examination table; Use the tool to measure and fix the catheter. The effect of quality control circle on improving the accuracy of catheter evaluation in inpatients was analyzed.Results:The accuracy of catheter evaluation in inpatients increased from 70.89% to 91.61%. Circle members in personal quality cultivation, communication and coordination ability, self-confidence, team cooperation ability, quality control circle skills, enthusiasm and problem solving ability have different degrees of improvement than before the activity.Conclusion: The quality management circle activity has a significant effect on improving the accuracy of catheter evaluation in hospitalized patients, not only improving the satisfaction of patients and ensuring catheter safety, but also enhancing the awareness of catheter safety management of nursing staff, improving nursing quality and standardizing catheter evaluation.
