结合新型冠状病毒所致疾病（COVID-19）特点对中医抗疫的思考＊

2019年末,我国爆发了新型冠状病毒（Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2）引发的疾病（Coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19）,从武汉蔓延至全国各地及境外。研究表明,SARS-CoV-2与人体血管紧缩素转化酶2（Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2,ACE2）相互作用而入侵人体,通过ACE2攻击组织器官。本研究运用生物信息学数据库平台发现ACE2在消化系统（十二指肠、小肠、结肠、直肠、胆囊）、泌尿系统（肾、肾皮质、肾上腺）、心血管系统（心脏）和生殖系统（输卵管、卵巢、睾丸）等组织器官表达丰度较高,提示COVID-19患者除出现肺部感染外,SARS-CoV-2也会潜在侵袭这些器官,导致多脏器病变,而这恰与临床实际情况相符合。本文结合SARS-CoV-2致病特点,进一步探讨疫毒的致病方式、致病脏腑及相应治疗,为疫病的发生、发展、传变、辨证论治和后期维护等提供理论认识和支持,期待能为中医防治疫病提供指导和借鉴。

Ponder on TCM Prevention and Treatment of Epidemic Diseases Based on Pathogenic Characteristics of COVID-19

In late 2019, a disease (COVID-19) caused by a new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) broke out in China, spreading from Wuhan to all parts of the country and abroad. Studies have shown that SARS-CoV-2 interacts with human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) to invade the human body and attack tissues and organs through ACE2. This study used a bioinformatics database platform to find ACE2 in the digestive system (duodenum, small intestine, colon, rectum, gallbladder), urinary system (kidney, renal cortex, adrenal gland), cardiovascular system (heart) and reproductive system (fallopian tube, Ovary, testis) and other tissues and organs have higher expression abundance, suggesting that in addition to lung infection, SARS-CoV-2 will also invade these organs and cause multiple organ lesions, which is in line with the clinical reality of patients. Therefore, based on the pathogenic characteristics of COVID-19, this article further explores the pathogenic methods, syndromes and possible disease locations of the epidemic virus. This article provides corresponding theoretical knowledge on the occurrence, development, transmission, dialectical treatment and post-maintenance of the epidemic situation, and looks forward to providing reference and assistance for the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. I believe that the timely intervention of Chinese medicine and the scientific treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can calm this epidemic quickly.
