阿司匹林衍生物药理活性研究概述

摘    要:阿司匹林具有多种药理活性,是老药新用的典型药物之一。近年来,人们为开发阿司匹林,对其结构进行修饰及改造,以期得到副作用更小、活性更好的衍生物。本文总结了30种阿司匹林衍生物的合成路线及药理活性。其药理活性主要集中在解热镇痛、抗炎、抗骨质疏松、防治心脑血管疾病及抗肿瘤活性等方面,可为相关研究和应用提供参考。

Overview of pharmacological activities of aspirin derivatives

Abstract:Aspirin, with a variety of pharmacological activities,is one of the typical conventional drugs with new use. In recent years, its derivatives were obtained via modifying and transforming its structure in order to enhance its activities and deduce its side effects. In this paper, 30 aspirin derivatives were summarized in the synthetic routes and pharmacological activities. The pharmacological activities of 30 aspirin derivatives mainly focus on antipyretic analgesia, anti-inflammatory, anti-osteoporosis, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,anti-tumor activities and so on. It can provide reference for related research and application.
