炎宁颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床研究

目的:观察炎宁颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取120例肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。2组均给予常规对症药物及阿奇霉素联合治疗,观察组加用炎宁颗粒治疗。2组均连续治疗6 d。观察并记录咳嗽、发热、肺部干湿性啰音等症状体征的改善时间以及不良反应发生情况;治疗前、治疗6 d后检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平;比较2组的治疗效果。结果:治疗6 d,观察组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组主要症状积分、次要症状积分及总积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组3项分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热、停止咳嗽、肺部干湿性啰音消失时间均较对照组加快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组3项指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患儿均无严重药物相关性不良反应发生。结论:炎宁颗粒联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,能够获得更...

Clinical Study on Yanning Granules Combined with Western Medicine for MycoplasmaPneumonia in Children

Objective:To observe the application effect of Yanning granules combined with western medicine for mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 120 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia with phlegmheat obstructing the lung syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine symptomatic drugs combined with azithromycin,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yanning granules.Both groups were treated for six days.The improvement time of symptoms and signs such as coughing,fever,and pulmonary dry and moist rales as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Before and after six-day treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)were measured.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After six-day treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 78.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of main and secondary symptoms and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The defervescence time,the stopping time of cough and the disappearance time of pulmonary dry and moist rales in the observation group were advanced when compared with those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the above three indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious drug-related adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of Yanning granules combined with western medicine achieves ideal curative effect better in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which can faster relieve and reduce the main clinical symptoms,signs and inflammatory responses of children. The drug combination will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,with goodsafety.
