鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔矫正术治疗创伤性C型歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲的疗效评估

目的探讨鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔矫正术治疗创伤性C型歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法选取陆军军医大学第二附属医院2013年5月-2018年12月收治的创伤性C型歪鼻伴鼻中隔偏曲患者60例,根据手术方式的不同,在患者知情同意的情况下分为研究组(采用鼻内镜改良鼻中隔矫正术辅助鼻前庭切口方式)与对照组(采用传统鼻中隔黏膜下切除术方式),每组各30例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间的相关临床指标、术后并发症发生情况、术后鼻阻力和手术前后的外鼻测量值差异。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的鼻外观复常时间、住院时间及手术时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后总并发症发生率(3.33%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后鼻阻力改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创伤性C型歪鼻畸形伴鼻中隔偏曲患者运用鼻内镜辅助鼻前庭切口技术实施矫正治疗,可在保证患者安全的情况下提高疗效,值得临床推广。

Comparison of clinical efficacy of the nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incision and conventional open surgery treatment for traumatic deviated nasal deformity

Objective To investigate the comparison of clinical efficacy of the nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incision and conventional open surgery treatment for traumatic deviated nasal deformity.Methods To screening 60 cases of patients from May 2013 to December 2018 with traumatic deviated nasal deformity as research subjects.60 cases were divided into study group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.Patients in control group were given conventional open surgery treatment and patients in study group were given the nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incision,then the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,relevant clinical indicators during treatment,postoperative complications,postoperative nasal resistance and external nasal measurement before and after surgery.Results The clinical efficacy in study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The relate clinical indexes in study group were better than the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative complications rate in study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The nasal resistance improvement in study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incisionin the treatment of traumatic deviated nasal deformityis significant,which is worthy of popularizationand application.
