急诊内镜手术对急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎患者疗效及并发症发生率的影响

目的研究急诊内镜手术对急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC)患者疗效及并发症发生率的影响。方法回顾性分析AOSC患者的临床资料,对照组采取常规的手术方法治疗,研究组采用急诊内镜手术治疗。将两组患者的炎性因子表达、术后并发症发生率、住院时间、手术时间、肠胃恢复时间、腹部疼痛恢复时间和生命质量评分(QOL)进行比较。结果研究组患者的炎性因子表达明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间和手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的肠胃恢复时间和腹部疼痛恢复时间少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组QOL评分低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论急诊内镜手术治疗AOSC具有疗效佳且并发症少的优点,优于传统的手术治疗。

Curative effect and complication of emergency endoscopic surgery for acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis

Objective To study the curative effect and complication of emergency endoscopic surgery for acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis(AOSC).Methods 104 patients with AOSC were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by routine operation,while the study group was treated by emergency endoscopic operation.The expression of inflammatory factors,the incidence of complications,hospitalization time,operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time,abdominal pain recovery time and QOL score were compared between the two groups.Results The expression of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and operation time in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of gastrointestinal and abdominal pain in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the QOL score in the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency endoscopic surgery for AOSC patients have better curative effect than conventional surgery with less complications.
