肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗效果

目的探讨肩胛骨骨折手术治疗的效果。方法对23例肩胛骨骨折采用手术治疗,术后早期适当功能锻炼。结果所有病例都获得了随访,时间为6周～25个月。采用Neer标准评定肩关节功能：优12例,良7例,可3例,差1例。结论肩胛骨骨折系高能量损伤,早期手术并早期功能锻炼可获得满意疗效。

Surgical treatment of scapular freactures

Objective To study the outcome of scapulan fractures was treated with surgery.Methods All the 23 cases of scapular fractures were with surgry,postoperative early functional exercises were appropriately trained.Results All of the 23 cases were followed up for 6 weeks-25 months.Neer standard was used to estimate the function of the involved shoulder joint.The results were excellent in 12 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in 3 cases,bad in 1 cases.Conclusion The scapular fractures are usually from the high-energy injury.Early open reduction and internal fixation;begin the postoperative exercise will be satisfied with the clinical outcome.
