百里香精油的化学成分分析及其抗菌活性

摘    要:目的:分析百里香精油的化学成分及其抗菌活性。方法:采用气相色谱一质谱联用技术(GC—MS)鉴定百里香精油的化学成分,并采用琼脂扩散法考察其对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌直径。结果:百里香精油共分离出23个峰,鉴定出其中9种化学成分,主要是百里香酚(44.36%)和对伞花烃(31.04%);百里香精油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌直径分别是32mm±0.5mm和40.5mm±1.0mm。结论:百里香精油主要成分是百里香酚和对伞花烃,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抗菌活性。

Analysis of Chemical Composition of Thymus Essential Oil and its Antibacterial Activity

Abstract:Objective: To analyses the chemical composition of thymus essential oil and its antibacterial acitivity. Methods:The components of essential oil were identified by GC- MS,and the diameters of inhibition zones of it against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were investigated by agar disc diffusion method. Results:23 components of thymus essential oil were separated and 9 of them were identified,the main constituents were thymol (44. 36% ) and p - cymene (31.04%) ;the diameters of inhibition zones of essential oil towards Escherichia eoli and Staphylococcus aureus were 32mm ± 0. 5mm and 40. 5mm± 1.0mm. Conclusion:The major components of thymus essential oil were thymol and p - cymene, and it exhibited higher antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
