| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新弧菌感染相关的腹泻患儿细胞免疫功能。方法:T淋巴细胞亚群测定采用APAAP法,血清IL-2、sIL-2R测定采用ELISA法,IL—6和IL—8测定采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。结果:与对照组比较,新弧菌感染相关的腹泻患儿CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值及血清IL-2水平明显降低(P<0.01);sIL-2R、IL-6和IL-8水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:新弧菌感染相关的腹泻患儿细胞免疫功能低下和紊乱,细胞免疫功能测定可为患儿免疫疗法的应用提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective :Study on cellular immune function in children patients with New Vibrio of diarrhea.Methods:Tlymphocyte subsets and IL-2,sIL-2R,IL-6and IL-8 were assayed by APAAP and ELISA,respectively.Results:Percentages of CD3+and CD4+cells as well as the ratio of CD4+/CD8+and IL-2 activity in the patients were significantly olwer(P<0 01),while sIL-2R level and IL-6 as well as IL-8 activity wreer higher than those in nomal controls (P<0 01),Condusions:Cellular immune function are disordered and impaired in children patients with New Vibrio of diarrhea.TO detect cellular immune function sl as to provide soience basis for immune treatment of the patients with New Vibrio of diarrhea. |
