我院开展星级护理管理的实践与体会

目的 :采用星级护理管理提高护理质量。方法 :结合医院护理质量管理实际 ,制定加星摘星标准。结果 :通过采用逐级控制即护理部负责对护士长的星级评比 ,护士长负责对护士的星级评比 ,使护理质量收到了良好的效果。结论 :开展星级护理管理是体现以人为本 ,服务第一 ,确保护理安全 ,提高病人对护理工作满意度的有效途径。

Implementation of "Star Evaluation" nursing management

To improve the nursing quality with implementation of "Star Evaluation" nursing management. Method: The standard of adding and reducing the number of stars was worked out with the reference of the actual nursing management condition in the hospital. The nursing department evaluates the stars of the headnurses. The headnurse evaluates and compares the stars of the nurses. Result: "Star Evaluation" has brought us the good effect of improvement on the nursing quality. Conclusion: The implementation of the star-evaluation management is a good method to ensure nursing safety and improve the satisfaction from the patients.
